Top 10 Fugitive arrested in Tulare County, deputies say

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – One of Tulare County's Top Ten Fugitives was arrested Tuesday. Deputies accidental 27-year-old Christian Luke Garcia from the Tule River Indian Reserve was wanted for kidnapping, attempted execution and a probation violation.
