The war on drugs was always a war on people — that’s why it doesn’t work 

As with each wars, the warfare connected drugs sustains itself done its failures. Every overdose, each caller cartel, each surge successful trafficking is treated not arsenic grounds of argumentation illness but arsenic justification for much of the same. The U.S. needs a caller paradigm.
