Sunday Morning Matters: David Tangipa on Prop 50 lawsuit, says voters were misled

Assemblyman David Tangipa has filed a suit successful Federal tribunal to forestall Prop 50 from taking effect, claiming it is successful usurpation of the Voting Rights Act and that California Democrats misled voters.
