Husband and woman  killed by suspected DUI operator  successful  Fresno County identified

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- The 2 victims killed by a suspected DUI operator adjacent Coalinga person been identified arsenic hubby and wife.

The clang happened conscionable earlier 7:30 p.m. Monday connected Highway 145, southbound of Ford Avenue.

The Fresno County Coroner's Office has identified the victims arsenic 69-year-old Carlos Pimentel and his 62-year-old wife, Maria.

Both Carlos and Maria were residents of Coalinga.

California Highway Patrol officers accidental 30-year-old Shawn Borecha of Riverside was heading southbound connected 145 erstwhile helium veered into the northbound lane, trying to walk 2 cars.

Borecha's car collided with the victims' Hyundai, sidesplitting some head-on.

Borecha suffered insignificant injuries.

He was arrested for DUI and faces aggregate felony charges, including manslaughter.
