SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KABC) -- The time aft California voters approved caller legislature territory boundaries, the California Republican Party connected Wednesday announced a national suit aimed astatine blocking the state's caller House maps.

State Assemblyman David Tangipa, the pb plaintiff successful the lawsuit, discussed it astatine greeting property league wherever helium was joined by Corrin Rankin, chairwoman of the California Republican Party, and lawyer Mark P. Meuser of the Dhillon Law Group.

Eighteen California voters are besides co-plaintiffs successful the suit, which alleges that recently approved Proposition 50 "unconstitutionally gerrymanders districts successful usurpation of the 14th and 15th Amendments."
