Appeals court denies Trump’s bid to revive defamation claims against CNN 

A national appeals court on Tuesday refused President Trump’s effort to revive his dismissed defamation lawsuit against CNN for describing his baseless claims of wide predetermination fraud successful 2020 as the “Big Lie.”  The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel agreed with a little judge in rejecting Trump’s arguments that the network falsely associated him with Adolf Hitler.  “Trump has not adequately alleged the falsity of CNN’s statements.
